“When you get the facts and you understand that the brain is developing for almost the entire time, that alcohol is really toxic to the baby’s system and so brain damage can occur because of alcohol at any point during that time,” said Marlene Singer a prevention specialist with the Learning Lamp.
“A video is a means of getting information to people on various devices without having an individual come in face to face contact to provide the information,” said Fred Oliveros and administrator with the Cambria County Drug and Alcohol program.
